For: Its kinda cool, and has the Universal Electricity API.
Against: Its basically built to destroy the world and get around protections. Also it is still in beta.

Controlling grief is going to be a huge problem with this modpack, and considering it has no bukkit support as of its current build, I personally recommend staying as far away from this modpack as possible.
